How to Submit Feedback

Have a question or something on your mind? Whether it's a product idea, something that isn't working the way you'd expect, or just a question β€” send it our way. We read everything and get back to you within one business day.

StringBean has an in-app Feedback & Support form you can use to report bugs, request features, ask questions, or share general feedback about your experience. This page explains how to use it and what to expect after you submit.

Open the Feedback Form

On Web
  1. In the left sidebar, select Feedback (just below the Help Center button)
  2. The Feedback form opens in the app
On Mobile
  1. In the bottom navigation bar, select the Menu
  2. Tap Feedback from the list
  3. The Feedback form opens in the app

Choose a category

The first thing you'll see is a category/type selector. Pick the one that matches what you're submitting β€” the rest of the form updates based on your choice

Category

When to use it

Bug

Something is broken or not working as expected.

Feature Request

An idea or improvement you'd like us to consider.

Question

A question about how something works.

Feedback

Rate your overall experience, and optionally tell us why.

If you change your mind and pick a different category, the form resets β€” fill in the details after you've selected the right one.

Fill in the details

The fields you'll see depend on the category you picked:

  • Bug, Feature Request, and Question β€” a short Title and a Message. Both required.
  • Feedback β€” a 1–5 star Rating (required) and an optional Comment. No title needed.

You don't need to enter your name or email β€” those come from your account automatically.

The Send button stays disabled until all required fields are filled in.

Submit

  • Once you've filled in the form, click Send. You'll see a confirmation message when your feedback is received.
  • Our team reviews every submission, though we may not be able to respond to each one individually.

Troubleshooting

"Something went wrong on our end β€” not yours"

Your connection to our support system may have dropped briefly. Your form contents are preserved β€” try again in a minute. If the issue continues, email us directly.

"You've submitted several times recently"

To prevent accidental duplicates and spam, you can submit up to 5 feedback items per hour per account. If you hit the limit, wait a bit before trying again. Anything urgent should always go to email.

Include as much relevant information as possible β€” your organization's name, what you were trying to do, and any error messages β€” so we can help you faster.
