System Requirements
This page lists the mobile devices, web browsers, internet requirements, and languages that StringBean supports.
Supported Mobile Devices
Note: StringBean might not display correctly on mobile browsers. We recommend using the StringBean mobile app on phones and tablets.
Native apps are available for iOS and Android. StringBean works best and is tested on mobile devices that meet the following requirements:
Operating System Requirements
- iOS 15 or later, with access to the App Store
- Android 10 (API Level 29) or later, with access to the Google Play Store
Memory and Storage Requirements
Spec | Minimum | Recommended |
RAM | 3 GB | 4 GB or higher |
Available Storage | 200 MB | 500 MB or more |
Actual storage usage may increase due to cached data and updates.
Supported Web Browsers
StringBean works best and is tested on the following browsers:

Internet Explorer is not supported. IE 11 and earlier will not work with StringBean.
Why is my browser not supported?
At StringBean we take security seriously. We only support browser versions that provide the features we need to keep the app secure for all of our users.
Internet Requirements
StringBean requires a persistent internet connection. There is no offline mode.
Supported Languages
StringBean is currently available in English only. Support for additional languages is not available at this time.
