This article covers how to sign in to StringBean on both the mobile app and the web application. Your login credentials are the same across both โ€” if you can sign in to one, you can sign in to the other.

If you've forgotten your password, see Resetting Your Password.

On Mobile

  1. Open the StringBean app on your device
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Tap Log In

On Web

  1. Go to app.stringbean.tech in your browser.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click Log In

Good to know

  • Internet required to sign in. The app needs an internet connection the first time you sign in. If you're in a low-signal area, wait until you have connectivity. Once signed in, many features work offline โ€” see Working Offline
  • Same credentials across web and mobile. Your username and password work in both places. If you're unsure of your username or email, contact your organization's StringBean administrator.
  • Some roles are restricted to one platform. If you see an "Access Denied" message when signing in, your role may be limited to web or mobile only. Try signing in on the other platform, or see Locked Out or Access Denied for more details.
