How to Search the Library

Use the search bar in the Library to find workflow templates by name across every folder in the section you're currently viewing

Finding a specific workflow

Three ways to locate a workflow in the Library:

• Browse folders — navigate Team Folders or My Favorites in the left panel.
• Search — use the search bar at the top to find by name. See How to Search the Library.
• Switch sections — toggle to the StringBean Library or Archived Library using the section selector in the top-left. See About Library [not linked].

On Web

1. Click on Team Library in left sidebar
2. Click into the Search bar at the top of the left panel
3. Start typing the workflow name

On Mobile

1. Click on Menu in bottom navigation
2. Tap Workflow Library
3. Tap into the Search bar at the top
4. Start typing the workflow name

Good to know

• Search runs across every folder in the section you're currently in (Team Library, StringBean Library, or Archived Library). You don't need to navigate into a folder first
• Search has a brief built-in delay so it doesn't fire on every keystroke. Wait a moment after typing for results to appear.
• To clear the search, delete the text in the search bar or press the 'x' to return to the full folder list

Searching a Different Section

The search bar is scoped to the section you're currently viewing. To search the StringBean Library or Archived Library, switch sections first — see Switching between Libraries for steps.
